Automatic AAA wall surface extraction instructions

--- Setup:

Copy AAA_Extract_surfaces.bat, AAA_convert_VTP.py and AAA_convert_STL.py in the 
Geometry directory

You should have the CT_wall.vtp file in the ..\Segmentation_CT directory. 

Install ParaView and unpack ACVD and AAA_ExtractSurfaces.exe in chosen locations on your computer.

Change the paths to pvpython.exe, acvdq and AAA_ExtractSurfaces.exe in AAA_Extract_surfaces.bat 
according to your computer's configuration.

--- Running:
 
Run ExtractWall.bat (double click or run it from a command window). 
It must be run from the Geometry directory !

--- Output

CT_wall.stl, simplification.ply, CT_wall.vtp, blood.vtp and Exterior.vtp

--- Assumption

The AAA is oriented along the Z axis with the end surfaces perpendicular to the Z axis.
